AS-3000 Oil Dispensing Systems and Dilution Systems

The AS-3000 oil dilution and dispensing system is designed to aspirate oil directly from oil sample bottles and dispense programmable volumes to a variety of trays used on different instruments throughout the laboratory.


The AS-3000 dispensing equipment can be customised to suit any size oil sample bottles and/or instrument racks. Oil is aspirated directly from the oil sample bottles, which saves precious operator time. The oil aspirated from the sample bottles is then dispensed directly to the various instrument sample racks. The dispensing system can be programmed to dispense different volumes according to the application. The AS-3000 dispensing system will finally dilute some of the sample for ICP analysis. An accurate syringe pump is used for this purpose. A specially designed wiper matt efficiently cleanses the sample probe to prevent cross contamination between samples. The dispensing system also incorporates a three-tier probe rinsing system to rinse the sample probe.
